Bad News..

Unfortunately we ran into a few snags with our suppliers recently that have delayed the release and shipment of the DVD’s, as well as forced us to find a few new key players.  That being said, we are working nonstop to get it sorted ASAP.
Additionally, a disgruntled former employee who bailed on his responsibilities mid-project broke into the studio this morning, stole thousands of dollars of equipment, and deleted all our files on our two primary workstations.  That being said, I’m currently rebuilding those machines from our off-site backup, and should be up and running by tomorrow afternoon.

Apologies for the delay, this totally sucks, but I’m doing everything I can to fix it immediately. Thanks for your patience and please feel free to contact me directly if you have any questions or concerns.

Done!

Quick Update, we are finally done with the Bridge Day project. All editing and arranging is complete, now we’re rendering out our final files, and out master is going to the printing press just after Christmas. We should have all orders back in our hands by the first weekend in January and in yours the week after that! Merry Christmas!

Status Update

We’ve been getting a few inquires lately as to delivery date for raw footage orders. As stated on the orderform, the website, and at the event, all footage orders will be delivered on a DVD packaged with the Bridge Day DVD.  We have been absolutely slammed here,  and we’re close to done, with the master  in the final stages of post production before it goes to the duplicator.. We’re slightly at the mercy of their production schedule from this point on, but we’re still gunning for as close to Christmas as possible

That being said,  anyone who has contacted me directly and requested expedited delivery of their footage via digital download has received a link to do so. If you would prefer a download to the dvd (raw footage only) or have any questions please contact us directly..

Sorting..

We’ve got everything imported and backed up, and now we’re watching, labeling and starting to assemble the timeline. Quite the task with 6 hours and 750+ jumps to go but  we’re on it and making progress. If you’ve ordered footage you should have received an email with instructions on how we can identify you. If you haven’t yet, please let us know asap.

Importing..

It’s late Monday evening and we’ve finally made it back home to Florida. We created about 1TB of media and we’re currently duplicating importing and cataloging. Bridge Day 2011 was a fantastic time as always, but now it’s back to work. If you haven’t ordered a copy of the DVD you can do so from the link at the top of this page.

If you ordered the footage combo online or with us at Bridge Day, you will be receiving a follow-up email this week requesting your jump times and gear colors.

Have fun, be safe! Cya.
